There's a big difference between a kid washing up on a shore where everyone can take pictures, and video evidence, and crime scene pictures taken by police. It took years for the Columbine shooters pictures to get leaked, and still there aren't many (if any) pictures of the victims.
I keep telling everyone on here when these threads come up. All you have to do is have the ball to fill out a freedom of information act and get a court to to release the evidence.
