Is it better to try to reinforce a weak empire with an imperial family that has no relation to Tiber Septim, or should there be a union of sovereign states. Skyrim, High Rock, Hammerfell, Black Marsh. Leave out the Summerset Isles because fuck the Aldmeri Dominion.
So which is actually better to support in the civil war? Free Skyrim, or a United, somewhat illegitimate, Empire minus Hammerfell.
