True market capitalism can only exist if the state does not make economic laws, regulations or subsidies of any kind.
The moment the state decrees something like "milk need a minimum of 3% fat" or "cars must have airbags" then it is not true market capitalism because it stops being moved (at least partially) by the "hand of the market".
So, my argument stands, true market capitalsim has never been tried, not even in XIX century america.

Think about it how does your company pay your salery? They either loan or sell, the people buying from your company how do they pay them? They either sell or loan, someone always need to loan.

You can think of it like this, each time your salery is paid you create 110% in debt of your salery. Maybe you don't have the debt, but someone else have that debt that is 100% fact.
For example if I wanted to make a brewery not only would I have to invest in the equipment, ingredients and packaging of my product I need a number of licenses, regular safety inspections of the work area and products all of which are significant additional costs along with the countless taxes involved in making a product then selling it on I would also have to pay money for advertising and even for shelf space in a shop.
There are so many limitations on what we are allowed to do, regulations are primarily there to stifle smaller businesses and make it more expensive to get going, it is such that a small brewery would not be able to pay the fees associated with making their product from their profits that they go out of business.
Regulation and taxes are essentially there to stop people from doing their own thing, how can a small brewery and distillery compete with smirnoff. This is why big companies love unnecessary regulation, it makes it harder for new competitors and kills smaller competitors so that a big company will more than make up its lost profits from their larger share of the market.
There are a lot of skilled people who are poor who could cheaply create high quality products but can't because the starting up costs are too high and the profits won't be enough to grow their business.
