There's a plausible case for lying to congress but you'd need a 2/3 majority.
Other than that, it's amendment 25. If the president's cabinet and the vice president say he's not able to do the job then the VP can try to take over. The Pres can then say he's fine and then it goes to congress. A big complicated process but if the president is truly incompetent to the point his own staff and most of congress want him gone we can get rid of him.
Alternatively, we wait for a 70 year old to die from the stresses of the job.
