How is it? Are Whites hated? Do they live a good life? How would their situation change should Whites in Europe and the Anglosphere lose demographic ground and/or the West collapses?

All of the three southernmost Brazilian states have several Italian and German colonies, most whites in the southern countryside are up to 100% Euro diaspora.
Some places also speak Talian, an italian dialect exclusively to the southern region, made up by several different Italian settlers, same thing with Germans in other parts.

one of the problems here its that a lot of the population in concentred in Montevideo, tourism here is a nice business principally in the south east(Maldonado and Rocha), i dont know about the agricultural business

There is no difference, at least where I live, being white here is not being part of a "class", people care more about your actions and how you dress, than your race. You can find whites in every segment of society (of course, poor people tend to be more mixed, but not all poor people are mestizo).

In my family, german was spoken at home, and portuguese when talking to someone else.
That tradition died with my grandparents though, who were too lazy to teach my mother german, even though they were fluent.

at start, the majority moved to the countryside where they worked in farms ( full of europeans ). until the 70s, they probably spoke italian, as example, better than portuguese. But by this time they started to move to bigger cities to get better jobs
