btw this should have worked out ok even without gasmasks. apparently the ld50 of cyclone b for small rodents is about 334 ppm (just google it). for humans it would need to be higher and a massive wood door would kind of do the trick to prevent that from happening with some ventilation, not ideal though, i also havent tested it obviously.

I will agree with our American friend that private initiatives such as the holocaust museums around the world don't exactly do the sad history any favors by trying to exploit the fact for publicity. I'd rather have respectful commemoration too, but here we are.

Yeah I mean I can understand that on anything as difficult to monitor as this, there are probably going to be plenty of numerical inconsistencies. It's just that it strikes me as curious that he didn't argue the number or at least try to give a more accurate one.

I don't really deny the Holocaust but I am pretty sceptical regarding the numbers, especially since the extermination camps went decades under Soviet occupation before being looked at by the west, and everyone knows the Soviets were 100% honest when it came to information about their enemies, right?

Really I just don't know who/what to trust when it comes to information so I just kinda sit around waiting for the smoking gun from either side, even though I know that probably won't ever come.
