Is this evidence for an ancient global civilization?
Is this evidence for an ancient global civilization?
SAGE
Why would that be evidence for a global civilization?
The specific style of building doesn't seem particularly intuitive, you can't imagine a harder way of building walls, but you find it in so many parts of the world.
>Is this evidence for an ancient global civilization?
Is what evidence for an ancient global civilization? Fucking walls?
Idk, I imagine there was one global civilization before the Good Lord confused the people at the Tower of Babel and scattered them across the earth.
That particular style of building doesn't seem like it would be practiced by cultures who never came into contact.
Large stone triangles, apparently.
We needed aliens to show us how to stack up rocks. Open your eyes, sheeple.
That is what I was wondering about. A lot of these ancient megaliths built like OP pick appear to be total ruins, like maybe they reached high in the sky. Also, every mythology tradition seems to include flood references from a similar period.
You need some kind of motivation and ability to stack ridiculously huge stones in that fashion. It isn't a style of stone work you would just arrive at by default.
Well, whether you believe in the Bible's accounts or not, I don't think it's too far-fetched to consider that there was one united society in humanity's early days, and for various reasons went their separate ways.
Thread failed. I will have to try again when American retards are asleep.
As I understand it this is a particularly strong way to build a wall. Masons all around the world would figure this out. Not particularly complicated.
oh look op has a phone
It definitely is, if I was some stone age faggot and wanted to build a big wall or a big triangle, I'd use big rocks to do it.
Because the laws of physics aren't universal, so the only possible explanation for these stone walls being built the same way by different cultures is if they shared building techniques with each other.
WE
tons.. pyramids didn't build themselves under 100 feet of water off the coast of india , japan, Egypt...graham Hancock has great books about it. magicians of the gods being the newest.... remember that a large chunk of pol is kids.......

WAS ATLASES
This topic is fun
Nigga they are piling rocks in a way to attain height.
The dibble stick is all you need to justify defending land with everything you have.
To make stones perfectly fit you put them near each other with a decent gap. You then use a stick of suitable length horizontally in the gap. You chip each stone until your stick fits perfectly between each part of the meeting surfaces.
Once done push rocks together.
Nothing special about it.
I'd say things like this are more telling than walls
WE WUZ ATLANTEAN AYYRYANS AND SHEEEIIT
They want you to believe that civilization is always progressing and that each new generation is more advanced than the previous. How much knowledge do you think has been lost over time?
I mean, that's just how shit likes to stack up in general. If you pour out any powdery material or try to make a pile out of something balanced, it tends to take either a pyramidal or cone shape.
You're right, they all just poured out some sugar and saw it make a tiny pyramid. Case is cracked, nice work sir.
Also check out the insanely gigantic blocks used at Baalbek - why would primitive cultures build with such inconvenient materials unless it were more convenient for them somehow?youtu.be
What makes more sense? An advanced global civilization liked making stone pyrimids or that various cultures were able to see that a pyrimid shape is more stable and easier to mak than stacking rocks straight up.
retard
any of you jabbering retards that think "aliens did it" need to watch this video
proves how people could do these things with basic stone-age tools
I wish people would stop pretending this shit isn't possible
the people of today arrogantly think we are more intelligent than the people of the past. They had the same problem solving ability we do
youtube.com
An old history professor of mine said that people were always intelligent but worked with different sets and amounts of knowledge.
Not thinking in terms of an advanced civilization. But a group of travelers that spread their influence on other groups. These aren't the only examples of this. You see it throughout history where countries far apart had architecture similar to each other at the same time. Not just pyramids.
Not saying aliens or some weird shit. But it's possible there were influential groups going around.
we today are less intelligent than our grandparents, and I mean that in the truest sense.
why? because we have information so readily available, we grow up using calculators and videos and can command all knowledge in history at the press of a button
your grandparents had to remember things, and work things out for themselves. It's kind of bizarre to see my grandpa do math, he can head math in a matter of seconds things that anybody else would need to write down to work out
neural plasticity is no joke son
look at the peru picture, see the little foot things
all that shit is, is just some funky math and pouring dirt, water, and whatever type of binding agent they had, into a mold.
the other ones? well im a believer that they used vibrations to cut stone. takes along fucking time, but they had generations upon generations to finish their projects.
they also had some smart motherfuckers designing this shit, cause you fuck up once, and your killed.
There's plenty of structures that have been found that don't fit the established timeline. The megaliths in (pic related) were discovered in Russia.
Piling rocks on top of each other?
>Because the laws of physics aren't universal
what the actual fuck am I reading
Weird that this global idea sharing network never traded anything that would be tangible evidence, instead choosing only to share concepts like "pile rocks up make pyramid".
I agree with you on this. The information overload has definitely changed the way we learn and use what we've learned.
He was being sarcastic.
It's pretty far-fetched actually
>translation: that's fucking retarded
you laugh about that but there are people who legitimately make that argument with the same pictures you've posted. especially hardcore black nationalists.
It wasn't an ancient civilization. It was remnants of, or actual travelers from Atlantis teaching certain building techniques to more remote areas and races.
Their ruling class were most likely all the same race, from Atlantis either as emissaries, or as said before, after the deluge, as sort of Gods who escaped.
Aliens did it is the graduates version to overlook the real deal.
Ancient humans did it.
>masons around the world would figure this out
But they haven't. Many of these walls were made without mortar and the airtight seams appear to be melted together, pretty impressive for a bronze age civilization
>it wasn't an ancient civilization
>it was Atlantis
you dumb nigger.
Yes certainly, and this particular evidence has not been debunked. No one knows how they were bale to cut stone in such a way, and to transport these huge blocks, we're talking hundreds of tonnes. What's more is the fact that these ancient civilizations were able to astronomically align their monuments. Now at first glance that seems like not so much of a big deal, but let's take the Sphinx for example, they were able to align it with the eastern sky on the morning of the Spring equinox. In general its taken that the Sphinx was built during Khufus reign, but if you read the work of John Anthony West and Robert Bauval, they demonstrate that the weathering on the Sphinx shows clear geological evidence of exposure to rainfall. Big deal right? But the only time that that region was exposed to that amount of rainfall was shortly after the last Ice Age. When we take this time and pop it on to the cycle of Procession of the Equinoxes, we come to the age of Leo. Leo the lion rises in the east on the equinox at this time. We're talking about 13,000 years ago.
A recent discovery, Gobekli Tepe, was intentionally buried after it's construction and is dated to around the same time. If you read Graham Hancock he makes a strong case for Gobekli Tepe not only being astronomically aligned in the same way, but also shows engraving of the Precession cycle. Gobekli Tepe is an anomaly because, so far, it is the earliest known example of huge stone masonry and agriculture - arising together and seemingly spontaenously.
All of the worlds ancient cultures tell of the Great Flood myth. A time of sudden destruction leaving very few survivors that are then tasked with preserving their civilization. Recent scientific evidence exists of a comet that hit the earth and caused the abrupt end of the last ice age - thus causing global floods as the ice melted and the coastlines were redrawn.
There is so much more to this but I'm kind of scratching the surface at random angles.
Rocks stacked on top of each other = Aliens
Really makes me think.
So much of our true history is kept from us, purposefully.
because they had a lot of spare time and not much else to do... if those people whould be living nowadays they would probably be shitposting on the internet for 10 hours a day.
These same ancient cultures tell myths of survivors from this first age that, after the destruction of their world, travelled around to spread the knowledge of mathematics, architecture and agriculture. See 'Viracochas' of the Aztecs, 'Horus and Isis' of Egypt, 'Fu Xi and Nu Wa' in China.
People native to the lands of these particular monuments speak a mythology that says that these monuments were built by the Gods, not by man.
Egyptian mythology tells of the 'First Time', the time of the 'Gods'. This unnerves archaeologists because if you back track the succession of Pharaohs, the first Pharaoh is considered to be Narmer, but the mythology says that the succession goes further back into the 'First Time', where the Gods lived among the people.
People here probably know the Piri Reis map, the thing about this map is that Piri Reis is noted to have worked from source maps from a much earlier time - likely at the library of Alexandria. This map depicts the Southern part of South America and Antarctica (which was not discovered at the time) - but it shows it AS IT LOOKED at the end of the last Ice Age.
I meant it wasn't a WORLDWIDE civilization you illiterate faggot. I was just cultures connected by a ruling race FROM Atlantis.
Learn to context.
I love Pumapunku.
>stacking things geometrically so they fit
sounds like autism
Well they didn't have anywhere to shitpost back then, they needed some sort of outlet for their autism.
So at a glance what we have is:
>Incredibly sophisticated architecture such as Pyramids, temples and other monuments aligned with the rising equinox.
>These same cultures tell myths of a Great Flood that destroyed civilzation, leaving fragmented groups to travel and leave architectural and mathematical clues to their level of achievement
>Scientific evidence that the Earth was hit by a comet during the last Ice Age, causing catastrophic floods as the ice melted
>Gobekli Tepe, an ancient monument, buried intentionally after it's completion, depicting the same myths, architectural feat and successfully carbon dated to 13,000 years - in other words the end of the last Ice Age
Thanks for these.
I honestly believe the story of the atlanteans, spreading throughout the earth after the flood that destroyed their homeland and they ruled over the natives of these lands and made them build shit for them until they were expelled or killed by the natives of each land.
It's clear that all of these ancient civilisations have a common influence and I think it supports that theory.
Fucking based Irishbro. Good posts.
I'll drop one more, this hasn't had a lot of investigation done into it but I believe it may well be another piece of the puzzle.
I mentioned Fu Xi and Nu Wa above. According to ancient Chinese myth, the Yi Jing and the arrangement of the 64 hexagrams was discovered by Fu Xi as he "contemplated the images in heaven and the earth", or alternatively, was revealed to him on the back of a mystical tortoise. Chinese mythology states that the tortoise represents the universe.
Anyway, there is a great book by a German mathematician called "The I-Ching and the Genetic Code". He argues that the way in which the I Ching divides the hexagrams mirrors perfectly the way in which DNA codons behave. It's a great read and I think deserves more investigation.
But the truly fascinating part is how Fu Xi and Nu Wa are depcited. They are a male and female with serpentine tails that coil around each other in a double helix. Also you will notice that in their hands we see mathematical instruments, the compass and set square.
Keep in mind that Fu Xi and Nu Wa are the mythological figures that survived the Great Flood and taught the ancient Chinese about architecture and astronomy.
> for reference here is the hexagram and codon sequencing.
>no one knows why the I Ching is arranged in the way it is.
>Because the laws of physics aren't universal
Can you explain what you mean by this?
something like that, more advanced cultures giving there knowledge to less advanced cultures, was probably there downfall too.
history repeats it's self right?
pretty sure that's sarcasm...
Building your own mountain is a pretty good way to show your power.

All these places have megalithic ruins like pic in OP. Pinpoint them all on a globe, and you'll see they line up 30 degrees to the equator, within a margin of error of around 100 miles or so.
But wait, there's more!!!
They are all also built along ley lines, the Earth's energy grid, which release powerful magnetic energy.
But that's not all!! Skip to 1:57:20 in this video to see how a man in Florida rediscivered the lost art of moving stones too big for modern technology to move, and proved it by building a park in Homestead, FL, called Corral Castle.
(After that watch the entire 7 hour long video, trust me, you'll thank me.
This man should have an honorary PhD from MIT, and yet he is all but unknown. Makes me sick.
This kind of irregular block construction withstands earthquakes, that's why they were built this way
buildings with broad bases and increasingly smaller floors is like the simplest way of building things "tall"
why does this shock anyone
>INCREDIBLE! People build pyramid all over the world
It's like people in other times building towers all over the world. not because it's any kind of united but because it's in the era to build towers. Yes people exchanged tech a long time ago so they all know how to build pyramid.
No, it's not exeptional exept if you believe in the stupid theory of recentisme.
There are numrous evidence that anicent civilisations were far more advanced that we know.
Of course, (((scientists))) claim otherwise.
Want to impress me with this theory of yours? Show me an inverted pyramid of big blocks in all those places from all over the world. That would impress me. Piling big slabs of stone on top of each other, all with a wide base (so it doesn't fall the fuck down) is not impressive. It is instead intuitive.
>big slabs of stone
That are so big and heavy that we couldn't move any of them NOW, let alone however many thousands of years ago.
>l-look at the video already posted
Did. Now try to quarry, move, and set into place something 20-30 times the size and weight like epic related let me know how that works out for you.
JESUS CHRIST
HOLY SHIT THEY ALL BUILT BUILDINGS THAT ARE KIND OF SIMILAR HOLY FUCKING SHIT WAIT...WAIT...DONT TELL ME... DONT TELL ME PEOPLE ALSO DID SIMILAR THINGS ALL OVER THE WORLD WAIT...WAIT..,
>That are so big and heavy that we couldn't move any of them NOW, let alone however many thousands of years ago.
What you're saying is that the people back then were far smarter than you are now.
coral castle was built using levers and winches, not magic.
>Ancient people spent innumerable years hauling several ton stones around, fabricating massive structures. This, all mind you, is done before the advent of mass agriculture.
>All these ancient people were surviving day to day on what they could scavenge or grow, but they decided to waste energy on megalithic structures which serve no purpose.
>Then, for some reason, all these ancient people just drop these strange practices of building mammoth spires of stone and rock and go back to just building normal sized things.
>Some stones weigh in the excess of 50 tons, needed to be cut and hauled from quarries tens of miles away.
What the fuck was humanity doing back then? Were they just bored or something?
anicent people weren't cucked by the CIA withholding technology and actively working towards the dumbing down of the population
ancient people used to be able to move those stones with sound, the particular vibrations cancel out the natural vibrations in the object and one way or another it makes it levitate, pretty cool shit, some guy made the coral castle single handedly with the same method, using sound and a few long pyramid things he held,
look up the coral castle
This. Newfags and shills in every fucking thread. This board is dead.
> ancient rulers with slaves and muh power and legacy priorities
wrong, have you ever seen a holocaust photo? all photoedited
the CIA has an entire department workings towards censoring and discrediting any attempt at advancing technology
silly shill, we know all your tricks
When you have nothing to do all day but build walls, you tend to get pretty good at it.

Don't watch this:

I have no idea where this notion of slaves = Magic building power came from. Forcing people to work doesn't mean you have the logistical, mechanical, or physical ability to move and build things. Besides, some of these structures were built in areas with small populations or (from our records) no mass slavery.
I mean, let me use stonehenge as an example. It's possible the ancient people were able to move these rocks somehow. ( How is still a matter of debate) but the real question is why. Why waste your time? The amount of man hours needed is mammoth compared to the uselessness of the end-goal.
Build this giant hunk of shit! ok, then do nothing and forget about it.
there is fuck tons of evidence of a more advanced civilization than us but everyone is afraid to think rationally and admit they're wrong, either because of religion or ridicule.
Who the fuck is Aisha and how can we ruin her life?
Piling rocks is easy. Piling rocks at extremely precise measurements at extremely precise angles and directions is not. This is completely evident in Egypt as the earlier dynasty pyramids are incredibly built to precision, both inside and outside, while later dynasties towards the new kingdom are basically rubble and shit now, not to mention smaller.
...
...
Damn, I wish that Graham Hancock included the Chinese mythos as well in his work, as it seems equally pertinent in his field of study/investigation.
...
>Take whatever rocks you have handy
