Why would that be evidence for a global civilization?

The specific style of building doesn't seem particularly intuitive, you can't imagine a harder way of building walls, but you find it in so many parts of the world.

I'll drop one more, this hasn't had a lot of investigation done into it but I believe it may well be another piece of the puzzle.

According to ancient Chinese myth, the Yi Jing and the arrangement of the 64 hexagrams was discovered by Fu Xi as he "contemplated the images in heaven and the earth", or alternatively, was revealed to him on the back of a mystical tortoise. Anyway, there is a great book by a German mathematician called "The I-Ching and the Genetic Code". He argues that the way in which the I Ching divides the hexagrams mirrors perfectly the way in which DNA codons behave. It's a great read and I think deserves more investigation.

But the truly fascinating part is how Fu Xi and Nu Wa are depcited. They are a male and female with serpentine tails that coil around each other in a double helix. Also you will notice that in their hands we see mathematical instruments, the compass and set square.

Piling rocks is easy. Piling rocks at extremely precise measurements at extremely precise angles and directions is not.
