>2nd Degree Criminal Damage Felony Charge
>Text her trying to apologize
>Aggravated Stalking charge
>Sentenced to 6 years in prison

I really want to avoid this and flee the country? Where should I go. Canada would be nice I don't care about currently political situations. I'm on survival mode. Would they let me in as a refugee avoiding unfair persecution?? Should I try to pretend I'm some immigrant. How can I save my skin!

Long version of how I got fucked

>she ignores me for 2 months then we start "seeing" eachother again
>got into a huge fight one time and I left her apartment and backed into her car.
>she calls police and gets me arrested
>got bonded out and apparently wasn't allowed to talk to her.
>texted her saying I was sorry and tried to explain things
>she goes to police again and then my court date is moved up to next week
>DA is extreme feminism, ex saved all text from when I called her slut
>me texting her a few times apologizing is "aggrevated stalking" the mean text beforehand cement this.
>I'm in my last semester of college studying Cyber Defense.
>Somehow they are letting me finish school and then they want to put me in prison for 6 years.
