Women are the source of the next generation of society. They, on average, may have less agency, but that is by design. It is a tremendous act of self-sacrifice to care for and raise a child. You have to really put your own needs aside and put the child's in first place. Women are wired to do this. You need nurturers. The problem we have is that the evolved abilities of women are primarily towards raising children and seeking harmony within the family and community. But these same strengths in these circumstances are a disaster when it comes to defense and statecraft, which is what the men excel at. Women want to care for others and that's biologically determined. That works well in the family and community. At the national level, it can be problematic like in the instance of refugees and immigrants. A feminine immigration policy would be to take in as many as possible and care for all. That's suicide. You need the masculine aspects to make the hard decisions that are bad for those on the outside, but good for those inside. In this respect, women's suffrage was the real lunge off the cliff for us. If we create a society in which voting is a part of the political process, women should not vote. Not because they are not valuable or intelligent, but because the masculine is more suited for the defense of the nation. At least in terms of national voting. At the community level, that is an entirely different story.
Women should not be pets or thought of so terribly. They are essential to our survival, and not just in the sense of reproduction. The mother and homemaker should be elevated and put on par with the worker and the soldier. That is our way.
