Power keys are individuals, organizations, and entities that keep you in power. Now a juicing process is where he basically sucks their dick for the first 8 months. He will support whatever they want. That's why Trump so far is no different than Obama. However after this juicing process Trump will be able to to whatever he wants since even though he will no longer be serving his keys the majority of keys will have already supported him so any key thinking about switching opinions is now an outlier.
