If you're talking about the elites, they already rule the world. For them its now a matter of pushing agendas that concentrate more power into their hands. This largely revolves around global wealth, and it can very well be boosted through tearing down gender roles and pinning women to the same expectations as men. By permeating the workplace with women you're injecting women into the male dominance hierarchy when they should be separate. The separation should exist because women value the male dominance hierarchy for almost only one reason, the hierarchy's ability to sort men from most to least attractive mates. By having women in the hierarchy it fucks everything up, you have women playing social games while men are trying to figure out how to get up the hierarchy, this adds orders of magnitude to the complexity of the system for no benefit, since what does it mean for a woman to be further up the male dominance hierarchy than a man? It's no longer a male dominance hierarchy, it's just a cluster-fuck.
