I was raised by two Mormon parents.

I have a PhD in Economics and I'm a professor at a local federal university.
If you don't know how the federal universities work here at hueland, let me tell you: they're even worse than the ones you guys have at the US. Every single one of my colleagues is a socialist and I honestly feel like I'm the only person who doesn't think capitalism is the root of all evil on the entire staff. Oh, and it's mandatory that all students take two years of classes about Marxian Economics. We literally have Marxian Economics 1, 2 and 3 and Neo-Marxian Economics on our curriculum.
The reason I plan to "come out of the closet" is that I have started to notice that the vast majority of our new students are leaning to the right. Every single day I catch them talking about Bolsonaro (our mini-Trump) and last week I caught a group of 6 of my students talking about Atlas Shrugged. I'll still wait a bit more to find out if that isn't just confirmation bias and I'm actually right, but if I'm right (and if I think those students will back me up when my colleagues come after me) I might start revealing my power level pretty soon.
