Alright Sup Forums, I want to make some shit clear here. I see a lot of support for Geert Wilders, Dutch politician and anti-islamist. What I seem to miss in almost every post here or any foreign news report about him, is that he has a very left agenda when it comes to his views for this country.
First of all, Geert wishes to increase the taxes on profits made by companies, as the PVV (his party). The money will be used to increase welfare, which is what most of the foreigners he wishes to expell live off. He intends to reform healthcare in such a way that it is guaranteed to increase healthcare premiums, in a plan similar to ObamaCare, and we all know how that worked out. He's also against an increase in the Netherlands' defense budget, yet he wants to make army service obligated. He is also against the European Union. I can understand where that sentiment comes from, but The Netherlands is a country orientated on trade, always has been. Stepping out of the EU would cause more damage than staying in it would. At the same time, whilst opposing the EU, he talks shit to that kebab Erdogan, telling him that his country and his people will never be part of the 'great EU', acting like the EU is a good thing when it fits him, whilst acting like its a bad thing when it doesn't fit him.
Geert Wilders is all words, no action. Not once in his political carreer has he made a worthwhile law suggestion that passed. There's other parties in the Netherlands, such as the Forum for Democracy, who also want to close borders to Muslim terrorists. I mean immigrants.
Why does this clown get so much attention and not the proper, actual right-wing parties that have it at the right end? Fuck this guy truly.
on top of all this, compared to for example Trump, Wilders will be unable to complete about 70% of his plans. Many of his suggestions violate the Dutch constitution, making him even more of an 'all words no actions' guy.
Matthew Cook
There is one issue that matters: immigration. Everything else is secondary. Our people's survival is at stake. He is the coalition anti-immigration candidate. I too prefer FvD from what I've researched, but breaking rank only serves to divide the anti-migrant support.
Xavier Jackson
So in short, he's authoritarian and on the econiomic left.
That makes him a commie. Wilders is a commie.
Jayden Peterson
Lmao this downie pig
Liam Taylor
>Why does this clown get so much attention I imagine because of the same reason our AfD gets so much attention: He is the only one who speaks out against the deep feeling of alienation with the own country that comes from having let in way too many foreigners!
Henry Allen
So hes a national socialist?
>implying our support didnt just skyrocket
Anthony Gomez
Why did he marry a Jew?
Why did he live in Israel in a kibbutz??
Dylan Mitchell
>First of all, it all looks very reasonable compared to what our politicians say, so, don't complain bud
Samuel Diaz
You realize that allot of people here are national socialists right?
Culturally conservative but economically leftist. Geert.
Eli Phillips
He even had positive stuff to say about travelling in Middle East many times, not to mention he's a complete pro-Israel when it comes to israel-palestine conflict.
He's all talk, no action. He won't fulfill any of his major promises when elected. He doesn't have this "get things done" mentality, otherwhise it wouldn't take him SO MANY YEARS to tryyyyyyy
Isaiah Morgan
A FUCKING A4
Ryder Moore
He sounds awesome. >talks shit to autocrats, taxes used to help nation's most unfortunate >removes kebab welfare babies >more military spending but wants draft so military industrial complex cant go around invading mudslimes >tightens up healthcare due to welfare queens being removed >refuses to take part in globalist EU scam for obligations, but still uses it to prevent WW1 style entanglements
BASED. There is nothing wrong with helping your own people. US is different because most of the money is slurped up by Mexicans and ghettos which give nothing back.
Cooper Cook
Who gives a shit as long as he's anti-islam?
Ethan Roberts
Trips speak truth. The vast majority of people would not mind paying even 40% in tax if they knew that was going to help their own people.
It's only a problem when your tax is going towards the support of people who resent and hate you.
Michael Richardson
Economically centrist, NatSoc isn't full Marxist left, but the state still plays a role.
Jack Thompson
He is a Jewish national socialist. Any Nazi rhetorics will not work on him
Brody Walker
It seems to me he wants to defend the liberal nature of Netherlands
The reason Geert is so popular on here is because he speaks English alot, simple as that
John Sanders
Dont be a retard OP, exit from euro and EU did not mean our countries will not trade anymore.
Simply mean instead of stupid non elected eu bureocrats deciding for everyone, there will be bi-later nations trade agreement made by local national politicians (aka best agreements)
Matthew Cook
This.
Ryder Wood
>non elected
Evan Richardson
Who elect the people who made the TTIP or that other cancer trade with Canada?I heard eu politician from parlament need a special permission to read these document and they cant copy nor take pictures of these trade agreements. And i heard this from a politician who tried to investigate these documents.
So yes NON ELECTED. The eu parliament is useless. We're ruled over by the elites. Politicians are puppets with no real power.
Jace Campbell
Completely agree with you.
Cooper Walker
he's a national socialist I like it
Cooper Phillips
I've said this millions of times. Get the FvD in after the PVV gets in.
Brayden Barnes
The choice is now Kingdom vs Sultanate.
We've backed the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Fuck off, Sultanist.
Aaron Lewis
So long as Nationalist policies come before Socialist policies, I'm okay with it.
Are you forgetting the effectiveness of national socialism?
Luke Brown
>spring 2014 A LOT has changed since then. A lot.
Henry Hill
>Who elect the people who made the TTIP or that other cancer trade with Canada?I
Citizens elect EUro parliament. They elect EUro comission. That's how our and your governments are elected as well.
Lincoln James
>He's a socialist! >He's a nationalist!
Don't you see that makes him our hero?
Nicholas Phillips
I have no opinion about him so instead of trusting random shareblue agents on Sup Forums I'll go with kek's trips.
Geert sounds awesome.
Dylan Hughes
I really hope so because i've seen a german poll and Schulz and Merkel are like both at around 30%. How could you krauts elect Merkel again or Schulz (that is even worse) after all the shit thats happening in Europe is beyond me.
Charles Garcia
Bacause we don't have any real alternatives. Greens - even worse than the Socialists. Linke - straight communists, much much worse. FDP - party for rich people only. AfD - only party against mass immigration, but they also want the Deutschmark back which makes no sense economically.
Caleb Ramirez
Whatever man, we got to a point where stoping the invasion is a total priority. Refusing to do so equals to loosing the country and the continent.
This is not a time to get picky, we're all in deep shit and if he can get the job done I think you should support him.
Oliver Butler
Maybe make no sense economically (for you krauts) but cant you see the euro is destroying all other economies?I think AfD position is "better our deutschmark back than be hated by everyone again". Could this be the case?
Kayden Green
>national socialist >support for him just went up even more
Natsoc were socialists, most economically right they were was with state capitalist ideals
Brody Morris
No, I don't think so. The AfD doesn't care much about other European countries.
Also I don't think the Euro destroyed all other economies. It benefited some, like Germany, Netherlands, Austria etc. and hurt others. To economists, it was clear even before the Euro was introduced that some countries should not be part of it as they weren't nearly competitive enough.
Sadly those voices of reason were overshouted by politicians who dreamt the Euro would truely unite Europe, and who refused to see the obvious problems some countries would have. It was thought that with cheap credits, those countries could be helped to develop stronger economies. But we know today that those credits often made things much worse.
Long story short: I think the Euro was a good idea, but it should have been kept to maybe five strong EU countries only.
Owen Turner
Voted Geert....
Jeremiah Mitchell
What country?Germany, Austria, Belgium and Netherlands?Because even France economy is damaged by the euro. If you do a single currency with your satellite countries (want also Poland in?) whats next?Operation Barbarossa [21° century Ultra HD edition]?
Owen Hernandez
Please tell me some disadvantages of the Euro. Obviously it wouldn't have helped economies with a strong currency (like GB), independent economies like Danish and Norwegian while the latter isn't even a member or countries like Switzerland which knew it could maintain all of their relations. What the stronger EU countries comveniently left out was a united trade plan so Germany exported shit like a madman due to good infrastructure and people willing to work for a living while lazy economies like Greece received many bullshit loopholes. The EU was a mistake because it didn't abolish its fake federalism. They should've made one single country and while they're at it establish one official language and no execeptionalism bullshit but the problem is that in Europe there have been countries that have existed in one way or another for hundreds of years or over a thousand. They should've replaced local nationalism with a strong sense of European nationalism and they could've easily raped the whole rest of the world.
Austin Morris
Now you are just getting retarded.
A common currency benefits countries that are economically stable and roughly on the same level. We had trouble with the Euro, too. Prices were the same in Euro while salaries were suddenly only half as much. More people lost their jobs in Germany than during the Great Depression from 1929 to 1933. This cost Schröder his job as a chancellor, remember?
But we rebounded. Salaries are now much lower than they used to be, pensions are lower, and we have to work longer to reach pension age (67). This is how we stayed competetive. France refused, that's why they have problems.
But the point is: You don't enter a race with Formula 1 drivers when you drive an old Volkswagen Beetle. The common EU market and the Eurozone are a kind of economical race. If you can compete, you can benefit. If you can't, you can only lose.
This means that only strong economies should take part in that. Weaker economies have to be protected. Everything else is foolish.
Chase Hill
What many fail to see is that not the Euro or the EU fucked over the economy but the financial crisis of 2008 and 2011. You're right in thinking that the EU has strenghtened the banking network which led to a domino effect BUT imagine France or Italy being outside of this strong network without the international banking/trade connections Switzerland can afford or oil backing the economy of Norway while still maintaining strong connections to the EU. Take a look how the banking crisis have affected the rest of the world, you would've been fucked way worse. For the most part the EU is the ultimate scapegoat for incompetent politicians in your own country (especially looking at the southern european countries)
Dylan Myers
This, especially smaller companies making specialized industrial products benefitted from the EU, you can talk shit about all those food regulations but it actually made the whole market way more transparent. Smaller companies actually have a chance offering their products on other European markets without worrying about outlandish laws and regulations, cutting inorganic middlemen for exporting/importing goods.
Camden Collins
>tfw the grammar is so bad that I don't know wether you poorly google translated it, or found it on some PVV normiebook page
Cooper Sanders
I can understand this view
What, my grammar or the guy you're replying to?
Chase Richardson
>More people lost their jobs in Germany than during the Great Depression from 1929 to 1933. stop spitting out bullshit kraut
Grayson Richardson
Shut the fuck up.
Luis Bailey
I think he meant in absolute numbers which is still bullshit.
Parker Walker
> (OP) >t. roach
Gavin Reed
>trying to share my point and ask how others feel makes you a roach >this is the same right that complains the left doesn't discuss anymore
Nathaniel Turner
t. VVD shill Fuck off.
Mason Rivera
this
Jack Butler
>implying a VVD shill would suggest FvD
Anthony Roberts
Sounds pretty commonsensical to me.
What's not to like? It seems weed turned your brain into edam cheese, you white gypsy.
Josiah Smith
hello aquafresh, how's banking industry going? money laundering at its highest i suppose?
Ryder Davis
>implying FvD will get 1% of the vote
Nolan Price
how's that related to me not being a VVD shill
William Martinez
Your house is on fire and most politicians are not even recognizing that it is on fire. Literally everything else can wait until you REMOVE KEBAB.
Daniel Martinez
I thought we would discuss about how he sucks israeli penis. Polaks dont even care nowdays...
Ian Lopez
united europa woudlve balkanized, its a pipe dream that should never occur. Just go back to having the EU be an economic partnership, with national soverignty in regards to rule of law and borders, and bingo youre back to early 2000's boom times.
Luke Sanchez
damn dude nice
Isaiah Bell
what the fuck is this site's problem is i can't fucking post a 2 sentence response due to spam filter fucking retarded moot and his mongolian mattress selling
Owen Sanchez
good thing it worked here i fucking hate this anime stinking shithole get confirms european union was a mistake once anything beyond economics was impleented between the member states
Brandon Anderson
This. I would suffer through communism if it meant the survival of our people.
Cooper Thomas
Wilders party is weird, not democratic and without open membership, isnt it? Who would support such a elitarian party kek
He's mentioned multiple times that holocaust denial and disrepectful behaviour towards Israel should be punished by getting kicked out of the country. There's tons of pics of him in Israel everywhere.
Blake Morales
Geert, Trump, Nige and Le Pen give me hope for the future every time I start getting down I think about these guys and remember that things are turning around fast we're gonna make it, guys the West WILL survive
John Ross
>don't vote for Wilders, Goy! >keep voting for more of the same, its good for you!
Jordan Ward
But socialism used to work in countries like sweden and nazi germany. Just as long as the country is white any utopia works. 3rd world countires and white countries with immigrant leeches give socialist ideologies a bad name.
David Cruz
Geert doesn't belong in this list of greatness. He's a fraud
Logan Murphy
Ad hominem. You lose!
Cameron Campbell
When will you dumb cunts learn that it's about snowballing nationalism around the Western world. The Netherlands will be fine regardless of who runs it. Geert is a signal for the rest of Europe when he becomes the biggest.
The PVV meme benefits the nationalism meme and in the long run the anti Europe and immigration meme. It does not matter how Dutch politics works. Europe can only be saved by the people and therefore a culture shift which will put pressure on the EU. Once the EU breaks down individual nations can be saved. Only then can we get back to refined politics.
The Netherlands is a piece of the puzzle. Get with the fucking program you dividing pieces of shit, with your muh intellectualism complex.
Nicholas White
because europe doesnt have a 2 party system really. each country that matters has multiple parties with some being slight variants of each other
europe has shown multiple times that they support welfare and hate austerity. this means corporate taxes have to go up. any full on right wing party will fail. even golden dawn aka neo nazis for greece was pretty liberal when it comes to fiscal situations in greece
Ryder Thompson
I must say this turk bullshit makes me increasingly hungry for a kebab removal
