Thing is America is getting browner, not blacker. Blacks are more fucked than whites ultimately. They're shrinking as well as whites, only where do blacks go once Hispanics take over all their cities and either kill them or run them out of town? there's plenty of evidence around on that, look at Mexican gangs trying to ethnically cleanse historically black parts of LA and Southern California for example.
Whites will just fuck off to the country and carry on living in small towns all over America away from the big cities and urbanized regions as they do pretty much everywhere they exist in the world. Not to mention that not all whites are in decline either, white Mormons for example have the highest birth rates of any demographic in the US, including both Mexicans and Muslims even. They're spilling out of Utah and making the neighboring states whiter, not browner.
That's not to mention either what Trump's education policies and wall will do to halt or slow the increase of Hispanics as a demographic.
