How does Greece Economically un-fuck Herself?

The most feasible solution that this user can see:
rally for the massive number of expats living in Melbourne (second largest Hellenic populated city in the world) to heavily invest in rebuilding Her economic infrastructure.

Honestly bro? Its gonna take alot of german style austerity and a plethora of bitter big ass horse pills to swallow.

Lets start with the basics. If you look at Greece from a tax perspective, people hide and tax doge shit constantly, nevermind that taxes are kept low because the politicans want to get re elected so they dont fix things that arent (((technichally))) broken

Leave the EU

Then theres getting people in office. Problem with Greek people is that their either down to earth worker types or head in the cloud snooty high end types. Problem is good leaders are inbetween the two and as you can guess the latter is who ususally takes up the cushy gov't jobs.

Whats needed is leaders with a real grasp of the worlds future and able to set a path for Greece to follow.

I don't know but I want this too.
I'm white (Anglo-Saxon, British with some German blood) and dating a cute Greek girl (Orthodox Christian), and her family values (and her family's family values) are awesome.
She's redpilled as fuck and when we visited Greece to meet her extended family, the economic situation made us both sad.
I speak Greek, poorly, and she speaks Greek, fluently.
What could we do to help Hellas?
Melbournians, by the way.

>somehow leave the euro (impossible)
>let currency devalue to shit
>bring in investors who want easy cheap acess to common market

It's probably impossible without a default and reset desu. Their public debt is what, 180% of GDP? Not only that but they also have a shitty credit rating as a country, so their debt interest will accrue relatively rapidly. Couple that with the fact that to pay anything off they're going to need to drastically hike up taxes which will cause further tax evasion in a country known for it, and capital flight, and will choke businesses, both from operating and starting, which actually generate the taxes in the first place. Plus they're stuck in a market with a currency in which they are a small unproductive player tied to a ton of much more productive countries which can enforce their will(s) on it (especially Germany, which Greece is pretty much a puppet of at this point). They're basically fucked without a default and reset most likely, it's probably not realistically mathematically feasible for them to attempt to save themselves via normal means, and Germany will never let them leave the EU.

Droping the euro will help our country for a little-while.
stop giving public assistance & welfare to immigrants would also fucking help.

Defaulting on the public debt, hanging politicians, and threatening to hang the loaners if they ever set foot on Greece.

Finally you come to the issue that seems to plague most of the other members of the PIGS bloc; moving beyond the tourism industry.

Greece is beautiful this is true, but in order to remain competitive there has to be an incentive for people to go there beyond tourism. Ireland has started doing this by making itself a tax haven for coroporations, but that gravy boat doesnt last long according to history. No a better example would be seen in West Germany ironically. Following the postwar era alot of the German economy was fostered by the west, but as it rose from this cover it started gaining momentum by focusing on industrial industries like glassmaking, steel, and automotive; Things they were known for pre war but were easy to build back up with initative. Medicine and engineering came back around the same time but slightly later.

Now with Greece we have none of these types of things historically speaking. The main cultural sources of pride come from history, and slight bits of agriculture if you count Olive Oil or various grape products like wine or Ouzo or Metaxa.

However we live in the internet age. That being said its an open field for those who can make their claim. You dont have to be an inventor, just a shrewd innovator (see Mark Zuckerjew)

That being said computer programming and some industrial production could be Greece's future IF THE QUALITY BECOMES ASSOICATED WITH GREECE.

To sell brand name as an extension of national pride has been done throughout history, from the volkswagon beetle to McDonald's golden arches or the burberry pattern people remember iconograpgy and symbolic association easily.

this meme is indeed somewhat true, in that there is a lot of tax aversion going on
but also understand that this is part of the death spiral: as there is increasing cause not to pay taxes as the government becomes more incompetent and corrupt

simple answer but nonetheless; true. what tactics they employ is a harder question - especially in regards to becoming a international target by jewery if they become overtly fashy. relevant article on that last point:

i'm happy for you bro. despite my view that its not ideal ethnically (for either of you), but at least you two are both euro (unlike these faggots going for the asian cop out). Godspeed.
>what can we do?
start a business over there. might actually be quite the profitable opportunity, considering the huge disparity between us and them.

I build data centers overseas for a living.
Mostly in shitholes (Papua New Guinea).
Does Greece need moar datacenters?

honestly; germany might let them free just to be rid of the burden - especially if there is the pressure of greater problems for them.
then they would just focus on shitter, non-european markets (at first)

outstanding post.
so glad you brought up ireland: both are examples in europe that are to be watched.

sick cunt. the answer can be found in the post above: yes!
this kind of tech shit is exactly what is needed for long term prosperity / survival; even if there must first be a period of focus on more fundamental industries.

Do you unironically believe that Greece will be allowed to leave the EU peacefully?

bumping

>Do you unironically believe that Greece will be allowed to leave the EU peacefully?
only if the eu had too much other shit on their plate; and jettisoning greece was less of a burden than foreclosing/war.
but of course it will be a fight - just the same as it would be for any country to stand against the international jew. which brings me back to that trs article i linked on this subject of geopolitics.

Invade Germany

their problem is the Euro, not the EU

Germany gets at least 20% advantage in competitiveness artificially from the Euro basically due to divergent fiscal policy among European governments which is why they have massive exports and Southern Europe is fucked

the Euro was not made for economic reasons but for political reasons to pacify Germany because European elites were actually afraid they would go into blitzkrieg mode within a few decades of reunification once they became by far the dominant economic and political force in Europe

they wanted to give Germany such a good deal that they would not jeapordize it, but it turns out that they gave them too good of a deal

1. False Flag Turkey into attacking you
2. You are now the staging area for a major conflict in which you have moral superiority
3. Allies will support you with aid and the economic boost of housing allied military.
4. Take Constantinople and historic Greek lands
5. Evict Turks and finish the war
6. You know have a booming post war economy with ethnic homogeneity. (assuming turkey doesn't nuke you)

This. If you go to Greece you will find ancient iron bars sticking up from concrete buildings everywhere, because they are not "done" and therefore don't have to pay taxes.

They have to change the culture bottom to top to be a more collective one where it's extremely shameful to not pay your taxes or not do honest work for example.

Nice conspiracy theory. Everyone in the EU has the same possibilites.

Germany has always exported, the D-Mark was the strongest european currency because of it.

9/10

>their problem is the Euro, not the EU
i think you got that backwards, m8

this line of thought only increases my dream-boner for some sort of commonwealth dominion of hellas.
especially if one considers the cyprus situation; this is actually quite possible.
turkey already invades greece's aispace regularly (pic related)
