If not for that reason alone you still have states that won't be able to balance their budgets when fed money for medicade is gone. They are signing people up left and right. The dam will break.

Any time you pay cash for a medical service, you'll pay significantly less. Especially diagnostic testing. Cash price for an MRI is $400 where I live, with insurance it's $1200. The only way you actually pay less with insurance is if you have already met the yearly deductible which can be $3000-$5000 dollars for many people.
