The king elects a person ( usually the leader of the biggest party, though if that turns out to be Geert she will probably break that tradition ) who's job it becomes to form a coalition between the party's to get a minority. This person also usually becomes prime-minister.
He has an excellent chance of becomming the biggest party and with PvdA ( an uber lefty but usually huge party ) getting BTFO'd this year we might not be able to form a conventional coalition, at which point I don't know wtf is going to happen.
TLDR : Shit is going to go down in the Netherlands the next few weeks no matter by how big a margin PVV becomes the biggest party. And his becomming the biggest party is incredibly likely at this point.
