Let's even assume the neanderthal OP had correct data. How does it square against let's say the western countries. What was the GDP or wellbeing? There was WW2 there you know? Germany and USSR trashed each other really hard. And due to shitty tech and production at the start of the war USSR had much heavier losses until they were brought on part with what Germany had at the time.
