No clue dude, I fucked out of the military after a year as well, but as far as I know you likely won't be able to get a license. You can probably try a gun range if you just want to shoot.

I'm a native Russian and Hebrew speaker and I learned English very early on (thanks Nickelodeon) so I really don't even remember not knowing these languages.

I feel the most comfortable thinking and writing in English, but probably because the majority of my writing I did right here on the internet. Russian on the other hand has a word for a lot of specific things and I honestly think that it's just beautiful beyond description when you understand it. I can't say that I love Hebrew, like I can't listen to Israeli music at all for example, but it has it's merits and if you want to learn it go for it. Learning a language so outside of your native lang group will be beneficial and interesting.
Regarding thinking, I guess Hebrew is for everyday thinking, English is for developing ideas in my head and Russian is for feels. But honestly when you know three languages to such an extent you kind of think in all three together, borrowing words from one or another when you need to, which makes it much easier for the thought process to move quickly and effectively. Just my personal experience though.

As long as you don't live in Israel, I honestly don't think there is any reason to learn Hebrew, it's an ugly sounding language and it's absolutely useless to a foreigner. If I were you, I would go for a more common European language. Right now I'm learning French, for example. Like the other Israeli user mentioned, Russian is also a terrific choice. It's a very rich and emotional language.
I think that just learning a language that is completely separated from your native language is good for the mind. Arabic is also an option. Thinking about studying French too just got a french girl like a month ago, might as well

That's a good point. I'd say Arabic is a better choice, at least as far as its usefulness is concerned, and it would probably make Hebrew easier if you ever decided to go that way.
Russian can be scary at times, but you're kinda right. It is pwetty though. I think that Russians who also grew up in the harshness of Russia and not the chill comfort of Israel sound much more alpha.
