This thread is to about finding signs of the end of the world in our political landscape and find out how much time we have left. This is Sup Forums related as we are referring to different political events and persons and put it into context of the Holy scripture of our choice. I will mostly refer to the bible since that is what I know most about from the different scripts out there.
Even if not the end, this year shit will go down i believe. We have in the jewish calender the year 5777, with the 7 being the number of god, and look at pic related of the post number where god revealed himself on Sup Forums, its 5777(7777), and 7 times the 7 Biblical events tend to happen in a 50 year cycle (Jubilee) ending on xx17 and xx67 in our calender which again is this year. There is talk about the Antichrist being supposed to come back at the year 5777 of the jewish calender (would have to look up for a good source on that one) Then there is this part in the bible >And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. 2 She was pregnant and was crying out in birth pains and the agony of giving birth. On September 23 this year, there wil be a constillation where jupiter (zeus, which is associated with jesus as jesus for example is a mockname meaning "hail zeus") will stay in virgos (virgin mary) belly for 42 weeks (pregnency) and leaving the constillation (birth) while the constillation of lion, usually consisting of 9 stars now will have 12 "stars" as mecurcy mars and venus will align with it, with the moon the the feet of virgo and the sun next to her head. This depicts the birth of jesus by virgin mary among the stars and the last time this happened supposedly was around 4000 years ago
In generall a lot of the prophecies of the endtimes already happened in the last 70-80 year, and the bible mentions that when you see the signs that the end will come in a lifetime, probably meaning

Thousands of people throughout the history of the world have tried to link current events to Revelation and declare the End Times were upon them. Literally every single one of them has been wrong. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Jesus said he'd be back like a thief in the night, and that only God knows when that would happen.
Sitting around speculating and searching through esotera for patterns that are are most likely only significant due to confirmation bias and a selective interpretation of allegories that are not only thousands of years old, but have been translated about 3-5 times (depending on your language and where you live), is a waste of time, and depending on how you look at things, blasphemy. And all for what? So that you'll "know how much time we have left"? Who fucking cares how much time we have left? Christ's entire ministry on Earth was about how this life is nothing compared to the eternal life and salvation you achieve through faith in Him. Whether you have 70 years or 7 fucking seconds left before the apocalypse doesn't matter because all that we can do in this life is glorify God and live, to the best of our ability, according to His will.

There is nothing wrong with looking at the signs and wonders and calamities and trying to associate it with the end of time. Not even the angels know when the second coming will be, only God, but "as in the days of Noe, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be" (Matt. 24:37) and we know that most people were living their lives and then suddenly got annihilated without knowing what even happened. We should care to keep track of the goings of things, because maybe it'll give us incentive to get our lives right to stay on the narrow path, so that we aren't living as they did in the days of noah and are found outside of the arc when he comes and wiped away into hell.
The constellation pattern with virgo and jupiter in her womb and the lion crown is literally the only time in all of history that it will be in that configuration. It's really something to strongly contemplate.

If you claim that you're a Christian, but need some cryptic star message and the threat of the end of the world to get you to act right, you're a shitty Christian, and I question your faith. No one who truly believes is going to be "left outside the ark". That's what the entire point of the New Covenant, and believing in Christ and his sacrifice was supposed to be for.

I'm sorry, but weren't these stars and constellations named under a pagan belief system and not associated with the Abrahamic faith at all? I fail to see how, it relates to Scripture in any way except the tenuously allegorical.
