I think these memes miss something. If you want them to really sting, you are aiming the wrong way. Women do crave motherhood, but you are putting in opposition to sloppy drunkenness. Even the most hopeless drunk doesn't believe themselves to be "that bad". So the viewer does not see herself, and does not feel the conflict.
The real concept is to compare productive motherhood with the workplace which is sterile, and empty. The workplace as a boring waste of a life is the right counterpoint. The viewer knows that the modern workplace is not pleasant, so the fear of missing out is intense.
Again, just an idea. I will watch with great interest to see if you guys can get this idea off the ground.
