Hello Comrades. This general is for the discussion of Marxism-Leninism, the ideology of revolutionary socialism and communism.
Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:
>Communism is a stage of society in which the productive infrastructure is socially owned, and goods are produced not in order to sell for profit, but in order to meet a social need. >Communism in it's full form is a stateless, classless society that follows the maxim "From each according to their ability, to each according to their need." >To achieve such a society Marxism-Leninism teaches us that we must replace the capitalist state, which is controlled by the capitalist class, by a socialist state, which is controlled by the working class. Then, a period of class struggle follows in which the capitalist class is liquidated by the working class. When the capitalist class has been completely vanquished, there will be only one class, the working class, and eventually the functions of the state will become indistinguishable from the functions of the society as a whole, and the state as such will 'wither away' as Marx said. marxists.org/archive/marx/works/1847/11/prin-com.htm marxists.org/archive/marx/works/1848/communist-manifesto/

Privatization does not mean that the means of production are not in the hands of the workers. Germany had class collaboration, with nationalized labor unions acting as the worker's voice in the economy. Workers wages rose, unemployment decreased, and the economy grew under this system.
>State ownership of the means of production >Worker's ownership of the means of production

I don't think Mercedes workers for example had any power over what the company could produce or do at all.

NatSoc prefers meritocracy to democracy. That's why they were able to increase wages and benefits, while also decreasing unemployment and increasing business profits, all while reeling in the hyperinflation.
every day you get annihilated and still you come back? are you some fan of abusive relationships or something?

"In fact, the realm of freedom actually begins only where labor which is determined by necessity and mundane considerations ceases; thus in the very nature of things it lies beyond the sphere of actual material production."
how would a business run by uneducated workers be successful?
how will they make decisions without stopping the production of goods every time the workers council meets?
perhaps they could set aside a few people, or maybe just one who doesn't actually do the labor, but does know the intricacies of running a business and making decisions based on the changing market.
this person would be doing more for the company than any single worker so he would naturally be paid more than a single worker
Might want to remove this video since it's made from Antifa's point of view, telling people to demonstrate against the nationalists.

What do you think Communists talk about in their councils of state, Karl Marx? They get out their linear programming charts, statistical decision theories, minimax solutions, and compute the price-cost probabilities of their transactions and investments, just like we do. We no longer live in a world of nations and ideologies. The world is a college of corporations, inexorably determined by the immutable bylaws of business. The world is a business. It has been since man crawled out of the slime. And our children will live to see that perfect world in which there's no war or famine, oppression or brutality. One vast and ecumenical holding company, for whom all men will work to serve a common profit, in which all men will hold a share of stock. All necessities provided, all anxieties tranquilized, all boredom amused.
