It would have meant that the Supreme Court would likely have been weighted to the left and the Democratic party could probably depend on rulings going their way for realistically several decades. Most of Obama's executive orders would have stood, Obamacare would likely become a permanent law, and it would have lent substantial credibility to the theory that the various non-white demographics combined with cucked whites would form a liberal supermajority making the US effectively a one-party state. So basically, yes; the end of the Republic.
