They are duty bound to believe that they must but I do not have actual numbers.

There is no place in Islamic theology for such a thing as assimilation. They believe they have the laws of God in their hands. You can't subordinate it.

Muslims are self deluded on this point. They know full well that their goal is to increase their number until such time as their majority allows them to impose their will, and so they modulate their speech on this basis. When in a minority, they make themselves appear non threatening. When their number grows, the language changes.

Muslim's tolerance is strictly codified. There is to be no tolerance except for Christians and Jews. Said tolerance is rather bounded.
