The community will be run as a corporation. You can become a shareholder by buying a plot of land. We will still de facto be part of the US, but if the opportunity for indepence arises, we will take it. We are still debating about the location, so its to early to talk about infrastructure, but if we attract some investors who share our cause, it wont be that hard. Look up Orania.
