What kind of Sup Forums-related books are you reading and Sup Forums-related activities are you doing to help yourself live closer to the ideal of your political ideology?
I'll be squatting 240lbs today 3x5. In the book 'Sky Without Eagles', Jack Donovan talks about how you should lift to be a better man and live up to the standards set by your ancestors. In other words, lift for honor.
Lucas Myers

Its time to conquer the things that hold back our true potential.
Josiah Scott
oddly enough, I find Samurai Jack very inspiring
especially when he was infected with Aku and almost became pure evil but his force of will to be good overcame it.
Benjamin Young
>max squat at 145 >tfw when youll never squat like a slav
Hudson Smith
I started at the barbell. Adding 2.5lbs each side was really hard for me.
why do you want to get buff?
John Butler
is anyone good at business who can recommend finance books?
Someone I talked to in the discord mentioned flipping things from thrift stores.
Benjamin Hall
Overall health. Trying to keep myself at a good physical form so I can look at myself in the mirror with pride.
And thats awesome. Pushing yourself is always good man. What got you into lifting?
Cooper Williams
>>tfw when youll never squat like a slav Your ankle mobility is probably just shit, or something. Do some research and you'll get there.
Elijah Campbell
girl broke up with me. I originally was lifting to impress her. I realized I could lift for myself to give me confidence.
Then I started reading some traditional literature talking about how it is important to be a useful man in times of emergency as well as the general importance of physical strength.
Now I lift for that. To achieve the ideal.
A good man should live by virtue, but when he is wronged, should be able to show the wrong doer he is his superior in virtue but also in strength.
When you can't defend your virtue, why even have it?
Sebastian Martinez
My sleeping patterns are royally fucked. I'm off to school right now and I want to die. But I went all the same and didn't bitch out.
I've been saving money like a sheckel lord. That's been my main improvement. Looking at my bank balance is what gets me through the week.
Also got some dumbbells. Just been doing bis, tris and shoulders for now. Jerry rigging my own bench for chest flys.
I've still been neglecting a lot of very important tasks in favour of stupid diversions. The tasks are mostly things like renewing my license. Updating my resume etc. The diversions are things like customising my Android ROM, reading up on weird shit
This is all stuff I've been going through over the last month. I dunno. My head isn't right. I want to sort myself out like Dr. Peterson says to.
Jordan Turner
Good motto to live by. If you look at yourself as your goal, theres always something to improve. And the payoff is yourself, the greatest gift one can give.
Its never easy to start being a better you. The fact you recognize your problems is still a big step forward. No one has their life straightened out. Push yourself to be a little bit better every day. Dont let up. As for the important tasks, try to do one a day. To do lists works for people. Makes you realize you did good.
Logan Adams
Ill make my adidas clothes proud dont you worry
