That Poppy is a project of Brittany Sheets (Poppy, Mars Argo) and Corey Michael (Titanic Sinclair). The two are a couple last I heard, but may be just professional partners at this point. A few years back, they had a relatively successful, though low-cycle Youtube channel called 'grocerybagtv'. Where they uploaded, among other things, music videos for a band they started called 'Mars Argo'

As far as I can tell they are LARPing some N-layers of irony Augmented Reality Game about ameritrash pop stars. Poppy plays something of a robot or clone or something that is forever being replaced due to degradation over time, or some 'breaking the conditioning' type behaviour. Titantic sinclair in the game plays some shifty, behind the curtain producer.
I wouldn't give them as much credit as to look into all this, but I kind of liked this one poptrash titantic released a few years back that made me giggle
