According to anons on discord ConverseAllStar got to the flag but it was zip tied so they needed scissors and by the time it was coming down they cut the stream.

All we know I'd that we had neckbeard ops team members on the roof right next to the cam on livestream, along with a timestamp from the masked team member as proof of being right there. They mentioned needing scissors because of the zipties holding up the flag. Flag went down 100%. Anything else after that is speculation but we haven't had a status update from them since. FACT tweeted the stream was ended for safety reasons due to trespassing. Everything after that is speculation. Flag location unknown
