Some while ago on Sup Forums I've seen anons talking about a certain model of old military laptops that somehow ended up on the market and sold for hundreds of dollars - apparently they were highly sought after because they have special security features. I stumbled upon this image recently and I realized that I haven't heard from them ever since, and I can't find anything about them on the internet anymore. Does user remember?

Oh I'm glad someone remembers. Does anyone know what the model was called? Any more info about it? Pic related.

AyyyMD master race.
Old news. That's why you go for Libre hardware and software and use Core 2 Duo's.
Found it. TPW military laptops.
Do you really think, there isn't something similar on the AMD?
You're an idiot. Enjoy sharing your ped0 pr0n with them.

TPW! You're right, thanks man.
assume that it's not ok and you'd have a better chance of being right

Ain't that fucking funny that all tinfoil Dale Gribbles from the mid 2000s internet were right all along? They were just wrong about technical details (Turns out they underestimated capability of government)

I'll give you a bump, because I also remember this. I think it went so far as people looking for just the motherboards. If I remember correctly it had something to do with encryption at the chip level (don't tease, I don't know shit about this kind of stuff) But I do remember this.
