Ryan Visits White House To Tell Trump He Doesn't Have Enough Voted

If the repeal of the ACA is not successful what is the next step? As I understand it Ryancare is under fire mainly from conservatives who don't feel the repeal is comprehensive enough.

Letting Obamacare collapse on it's self, not much else to do

Soo republicans will be fucked one way or another 2018 and 2020?

How exactly does that work?

I wish any side were proposing a plan that lets us negotiate drug prices with the manufacturers. We should reform the whole system. Have VISIBLE prices in doctors offices and hospitals for routine/common services. I would like to see a limited public option and a more comprehensive private option but with both being allowed to negotiate drug prices with the manufacturers and we could also do something about the fee structure doctors here are paid that also makes the system more costly to pay for specialists charging huge amounts for procedures vs time.

>REPEAL AND REPLACE, REPEAL AND REPLACE
>OH WE'RE IN POWER NOW?
>DO NOTHING, DO NOTHING, DO NOTHING

Corporatist Republicans are just as much our enemy as any leftist Democrat or neocon. Fuck them all. The GOP is honestly embarassing sometimes.

Republicans and Democrats ultimately have the same goal as it pertains to the future of America. This should be obvious by now.

Come up with another plan? One that covers people and drives vosts down.

Or admit this was never the goal and work on a plan to drop people/redirect money to the wealthy

The republicans could literally do whatever the fuck they want though if they actually worked together. They don't need Dem support. Instead they are all acting like fucking retards.

>Hey let's let it collapse and fuck over millions of everyday Americans while it does so.
>That's a much better solution than compromising my "principles conservatism" by voting in something that's less terrible as a stopgap measure since we don't and won't ever have the votes to actually repeal Obamacare unless the GOP gets 60 senate seats.
>Yup, just ignore our promise to do anything about Obamacare, let it collapse and fuck over millions of Americans while we sit cushy in our government jobs.
>Oh wow, how did we lose the mid-terms so badly???
>Please, vote for us.
>We'll repeal and replace Obamacare if you do!

rural and suburban retards*

I thought this basically is a plan to drop people/redirect money to the wealthy? Breitbart did a piece critical of it and that's when I first became confused.

this

Why can't they come up with a better bill and have another vote in a couple of months?

Obamacare can't be repealed without 60 senate votes. Republicans only have 52 seats and no Democrat will vote to repeal it.

Repealing Obamacare is impossible unless the GOP picks up 8 seats in 2018, which they'll never get if they decide to do fuck all about Obamacare while it shits on people and fucks the economy and after they kept promising they'd do something about it the moment they got in.

All the ACHA is designed to do is let Paul Ryan hang himself. No one is going to support this bill in the house or the senate because they know their voters have their back and they are totally right on that.

There is no way Trump is not aware of this, just as there is no way Trump is not aware that Ryan was the one co-leading the NeverTrump movement with Romney, who has already been destroyed.

Speaker Gowdy WHEN?

That may sound logical, but the problem will still exist in that there are disparate groups within the party that can't all get what they want.

The longer they wait, the closer it gets to mid-terms, and everyone is actually more spooked and timid than right now.

In short, there is no possible GOP health care reform that actually matches the position of the entire party. Someone will have to suck it up, and who can you convince to do that?

Out of all this fracas I think Gowdy still look relatively good. Chaffetz I liked but he has tried to meddle with D.C. laws and pass unpopular Christian legislation.

Almost like they are fucking retards.

>WE HATE OBAMACARE, REPEAL AND REPLACE, REPEAL AND REPLACE
>OH, WE'RE IN POWER? UUHHHHHHHHH...DO NOTHING AND SEE IF ANYONE NOTICES?

The Republicans never had any plan for anything. They've just been voting against the black guy since he got in office.

The Republican party doesn't like Trump because he's an outsider who hijacked the party and wants to change the system and challenge the status quo. Again - the Washington Republican bureaucracy and Democratic bureaucracy/neocons & neoliberals are the same exact thing, and they don't necessarily have America's best interest in mind.

I'm a Trump supporter, I'm glad he's got the nuclear codes, and he has accomplished, or tried to accomplish, a lot, but he's also a blustering salesman. It works somewhat in business I'm sure but, some of his tactics and style will have to change over the next 4 years (yes, 4 - looking at him I'm not sure he'll make it through 8).

If dems win 2018 then Trump will 100% be a one term president. Either they find a reason to impeach him or just wont cooperate at all because their base loathes Trump.

>wont
he needs to develop a thicker skin. he's a little pussy right now and it's humiliating USA

If Dems win 2018, he makes a coalition with Dems and some republicans to repeal and replace Obamacare with Single Payer.

Do none of us remember shitting all over the democucks for ramming the ACA through without so much as reading the fucking bill?

And now that we're in power we're trying to do it in a quarter of the time it took that shit to happen?

I'm glad there's a delay. They should be working on refining it.

This. We don't need anymore rush jobs. Let's take our time and continue to stoke the fire of how fucked up the dems must've been to think their shit plan would be successful.
