What is it about females that makes them unable to keep their word or promises?

Why do they have such a lack of loyalty or morals of what they should or shouldn't do when it comes to making decisions?

For example if they up front tell you "I will not do x, I promise. Everything will be fine and that won't happen" because you suggest that you might have worries about something specific then what do you know, the exact situation you thought might happen did happen and played out literally exactly how you thought it would and then the female turns around and says "Who cares? I changed my mind. You need to just deal with it."

Do they not care or realize the fact they said something, then did the opposite?
Myself, I never do that to someone. If I make a promise then I strive to keep my word and if I can't, I will feel bad about not keeping my word and try to do all I can do to make up for that (this doesn't have to be specifically with females, if I tell any friend of any sex I promise I'll do something then I try to keep my promise because I believe in loyalty).

Before anyone asks, no I wasn't cheated on or anything of that nature. Just general reoccurring argument with a female.

Women are ruled by two, polar opposite emotions. Jealousy and Superiority.

When she tells you she will not do something, she is speaking from her sense of Superiority over other women.
However, later on, she will see other women, who are hotter and/or richer, doing things and Jealousy of them will overrule her Superiority of them, and she will partake in their deprivations.

Also it seems facts just don't matter. If I bring up actual proof of what she has said previously (because at first she will claim she never said what I'm suggesting she said) then I bring up a text conversation where it's mentioned in text, then I show that conversation to her then she responds with some insult or something where it completely dodges the proof and implies I am wrong or crazy to be upset that she went against her word.

I just don't know how I'm supposed to get my point across to her, or any other female. Because most of them seem to be the same, or eventually turn out the same way as what I've previously described.

When I try to debate the issue, I take her perspective and look at it from her perspective but then add in caveats of how that effects me or others around her then I also try to explain it from my perspective also but she (and other females) seem almost completely unable to see any nuance or details. They can't even take on another perspective for even the purpose of using it in a debate and breaking everything down.
