Currency should expire so there is no jew hording and money always circulates to keep economy going. What you say is that should have Demurrage but in the case of Kekcoin it won't be like that, it will have expiration date and you have to renew it. If you don't renew it, then those coins will go to the corporation-state again, so they will sell them. That way all the land will be on productive hands.
This is because coins tend to get lost or people tend to die, so their coins willl be sold again to productive people. But if you are alive and you have control on your coins, you can just renew the expiration date and you will be ok.
