Are you trying to be obtuse? I've been saying this whole time that supply management has nothing to do with foreign takeover of Canadian farms. That's an entirely different field of law. Foreign ownership laws are completely separate from production quotas. The only way they are linked is that our agricultural industry is less competitive because the artificial monopoly created by corporatism allows them to arbitrarily raise prices. They are trying to maintain profits at peak levels by screwing Canadians.

When you recive the ballot I think there is some more filling out, and then you pick your top 3 candidates, from the 1 you want to win the most to the least.
