Hitler would've been dead fairly early in the empire's infancy. Simply from his own failing health.
Regardless of who took over, there would be constant rebellions and political dissent all over the empire. Eventually this would cause massive destabilization and another global war.
Nazism is an ideology that burns hot, but also burns out quickly.
