I want to build a functioning democratic system on etherium for the people of Kekistan.
Each kekistani will receive a token which functionally will be your identification for voting. An example of this application will be to develop a coherent history of Kekistan and it's people's, by allowing any Kekistani to submit historical documents, first hand accounts or otherwise, or events in Kekistani history. Then these can be voted on for their legitimacy.
The point of this will be to create a working democratic system using smart contracts on the block chain, as well as have a bit of fun.
The Registar of Kekistani People's and the government of Kekistan will be entirely democratic entities.
If you are interested in this project let me know, also if you have idea of other elements the Kekistani government can govern let me know, such as the reassembly of the ancient and almost lost Kekistani language.
By doing this we might have to force "legitimate" governments into recognising the legitimacy of the nation of Kek, it's people, and it's customs and beliefs.
