Nobody is deceiving you. It is mostly a meme, because Pinochet was an authoritarian so obviously in ancapistan such a thing would not occur in a very similar manner, however it is still true that physical removal would occur. You dont have to exterminate anybody, but lets say you have a community of ancaps, and one of their external borders there is a community of communists, and those communists try to come to ancapistan and push their bullshit, they will be politely asked to leave, if they refuse then all the armed citizens and their private security insurance companies would take immediate physical action to remove the invaders from their private property, without causing collateral damage of course. And there is nothing stopping a hypothetical security/insurance company from owning a helicopter and using that helicopter in their operations, it might even be part of the contract between the company and the consumer. All property that falls within their coverage might be protected from open communist incursion, or something like that.
