This dump of 5-mil emails shows how the narrative is being shaped online. It includes article writing/commenting, mentions of the Clintons, Soros, Weiner, and more and I don't believe is has been properly looked at.

On the other hand, the notorious website WikiLeaks posted information
regarding Iran's vigorous searches for uranium ore in Latin America,
primarily in Venezuela and Bolivia, since 2006. The Mexican mass media
published this information with a reference to the Spanish newspaper El
Pais. There it is claimed that in the last six years, 57 Iranian engineers
have visited Venezuela, where they engaged in geological survey work for
defining uranium ore deposits. The website cites data with a reference to
a secret report by Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs that Venezuela and
Bolivia are already supp lying uranium to Iran for the development of a

The spin on this is incredible.

The plot was busted when the bad guys practiced poor surveillance
tradecraft. It would not have succeeded with or without this U.S.
technical surveillance program.

U.S. says wiretapping helped foil plot in Germany
Mon Sep 10, 2007 5:36PM EDT
By Randall Mikkelsen
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Information gained through a U.S. wiretapping
program much criticized by civil liberties advocates helped authorities
foil attack plots last week in Germany and Denmark, top U.S. intelligence
officials said on

The proposed system would allow Iraqi officials to monitor and store voice

the acquiescence of the three current cellular communications providers in
Iraq, according to documents accompanying the solicitati

This is the real interesting part to me because GCHQ always did this
under MI6 cover, so its feasible we have a new operational unit inside GCHQ.

Looks like she's actually one of Hillary's main people, she was
"traveling chief of staff" during the presidential campaign. She's been
with Hillary since she was an intern, circa the Lewinsky scandal. And
on top of all that, Bill Clinton officiated when they got married.

Re: hacker questions
the thing with user and lulzec is that they do things for, drumroll, the
"lulz" (in normal speech, for the fun of it). While they have pretty
remarkable hacking capacity, they use it mostly to "prank" people they
don't like. From teh Westboro Baptist Church to the CIA, most of the
attacks involve either DDOS or changing some silly logo on a web page. The
most harm they do is actually to corporations (stealing video game and
porn passwords).
Especially in the case of user, they do have some very talented hackers,
but their strength comes from numbers. Basically they recruit amateur
Sup Forums neckbeards sitting at their parent's house who think it'd be funny
to take someone's website down and convince them to run a pre-written
script that will saturate its servers. The problem with numbers is that
it's hard to find a common cause that rallies enough people . For your
average 31-year old dork eating Frito's in the basement, they'll sign up
for porn

We are trying to see if they owe us money. Its possible they do, but we are collecting more info from the folks who took over TrapWire when I left, before we ask Abraxas about the matter. My contact quit DPS and is with Perry. I've sent him a note. Patrick was our point man with Abraxas so we are a bit out of the internal loop.

>Especially in the case of user, they do have some very
talented hackers, but their strength comes from numbers.
Basically they recruit amateur Sup Forums neckbeards sitting at
their parent's house who think it'd be funny to take someone's

that will saturate its servers. The problem with numbers is
that it's hard to find a common cause that rallies enough
people . For your average 31-year old dork eating Frito's in
the basement, they'll sign up for porn and video game attacks
(see above). Coordinating something targeted like intelligence
theft that can get you a one-way ticket to Bubba's bunk in
jail is very hard.

Corporate Intelligence:

We have an agreement in principle with Abraxas (TrapWire) to provide
"streaming sitreps" to their clients via their desktop/homepage by the end
of July. Their clients include Scotland Yard, #10 Downing, the White
House, and many MNC's. This is big time QSM. This will get us front and
center to corporations and governments to sell IS. Our consideration is
introducing them to companies like Wal Mart, Dell and other Fred cronies.
Fred made the introduction, Patrick figured out the business deal.

We have also expanded our relationship with Deloitte to start providing
"some" of their customers with geopolitical intelligence similar to what
the Eurasia group does with Price Waterhouse. This is in the early stages
but feels good. Again - QSM working here.

We also have a couple of opportunities with MNC - LyondellBasell - out of
their Mexico subsidiary pertaining to Venezuela. One - a $28,000 "easy"
one and another in the hands of Peter to determine the effort and
$$$$$$$$$ from me after getting the info. Also out there with
LyondellBasell is a biggie we priced at $300,000 which is centered around
Fred's cashing in some chits in Mexico. This has nothing to do with time
spent - it's all about introductions to the right people which is VALUE to
LyondellBasell. This is "easy money" and therefore has low probability of
getting done. LyondellBasell is loosing between $1,500,000 and $5,000,000
/ year on the local Mexicans skimming production from one of their plants
in Mexico.
