OK Sup Forums... society will completely crumble in 1 weeks time.

You have 1 week to prep and pack your bag.

There are 50 spaces...

>what pack?

50 spaces in your bag or 50 people allowed to pack?

Firstly, we will need a weapon.

Something that can strangle stealthy yet be deadly at range.

I think something like this would be perfect.

50 spaces in the bag available

I'd print out 50 of my favorite memes.

Ideally I'd get something like the 3rd bag but I live in the shit desert so #2 would be best if I wanted to "blend in" with the flora

What are you trying to kill, game (aminals) or "people"?

If the former, then maybe a small .22cal revolver with a couple hundred rounds

Good luck whittling that list down!

Maybe just 50 copies of my 1 favorite meme

Well....

I would pack:
>9mm handgun
>Bolt action hunting rifle
>several bricks of ammunition for each
>MREs and other non perishables until I get established somewhere and can hunt/gather food.
>Bible for moral support and when I get lonely
>No need for phones/electronics since I assume the electric grid would be down.
>Maglight and batteries
>matches, flint, fire starter
>small first aid kit
>small mess kit
>Sharp hunting knife and multi tool
>Foil Emergency blanket/space blanket
>rope
>Goggles/sunglasses
>good hiking boots
>a gallon of water and various water filters from infowars.com
>gas mask
>laser light and a handheld mirror
>pair of walky-talkies and batteries
>picture of family

Probably get more stuff during my travels

Adding on:
>roll of duck tape
>some penicillin,ibuprofen,Tylenol, iodine, and multi-vitamins
>pipe and tobacco
>bar of gold

A slingshot would have 'infinite ammo' and rabbit and squirrel are vulnerable to it and plentiful. Also you'll be cold and exhausted by day 2 sleeping on bare ground.

>handgun
>ammunition
>respirator
>goggles
>box cutter
>decent sized knife
>asston of MREs
>portable radio
>Flare gun
>flares
>a sling
>A few small medkits
>box of batteries
>something to sleep on
>and a macuahuitl cause those things are sharp as fuck

Helium
Respirator
2' of Tubing
Duct tape

Blue bag, I don't want to look like I'm armed.

Cant you actually starve to death only eating rabbits and squirrel?

Yeah, I would honestly just kill myself in the event of some cataclysmic social collapse.

Is this a fucking joke?

2 spots

>travel 1500 miles to Sup Forums stronghold for SHTF
>day-z going on in the parking lot
>people killing each other for cans of beans
>newbs showing up getting raped, killed
>more show up like they are respawning
>old fags get overwhelmed and killed
>mfw there never was any Sup Forums stronghold

Something happens to you yea, the meat is too lean or some shit like that.

1. Water filter
2. Titanium water container
3. Knife
4. Paracord (100 ft.)
5. Tarp
6. Good pair of hiking boots.
7. Extra pair of socks.
8. More socks.
9. Map of your region and local area.
10. Compass.
11. Dehydrated food / emergency food for 3 days
12. Medical supplies (2 x tourniquet is a must, and a way to clean wounds to avoid infection)

Not sure if you need anything else to get you started.. If you're thinking long term, then you could add things like;

13. A primary firearm (battle rifle in .308 Winchester or mid-range rifle in .223 Remington), semi-automatic if possible.
14. Ammunition (a total of 5 magazines in .308 Win or 7 if .223 Remington).
15. A side arm (pistol, semi-automatic, double stack magazine in 9x19mm, .40 or .45 ACP) with proper night sights.
16. High quality flashlight.
17. Extra batteries.
18. More batteries.
19. Bolt cutters.
18. Lock pick set.
19. As much water as you can carry.

You get the idea..

You can't have one backpack for everything. Instead you should focus on having several bags to fit multiple purposes. One bag to get you home, another to grab if you need to quickly abandon ship and survive for 2-3 days, another for the car, another for hiking, one for "missions" like recon.

There are too many things to focus on to just have a bag and think you're all set.

With the above mentioned load - one is able to live and fight for a 1-2 day period without resupply.

Begin with the Rule of Threes:
A reasonably fit person can expect to live
3 minutes without oxygen
3 hours without shelter
3 days without water
3 weeks without food
3 months without companionship
3 years without paying taxes
Adjust your load accordingly, but strongly consider stashing supplies in and on the way to a remote, secure, anonymous location.
Since you are being proactive, you may also safely assume that others will want to take what you have, so be prepared to defend yourself, family, and friends for an extended length of time.

In the bag: water and filter, trekking food, poncho and liner, spare shoes and socks, hat, first aid kit, multi tool, weapons

And don't forget a bag full of gold Shekels to help confuse your enemies if you get caught.

They cannot help but want them.... This can help you if you can divert them.

Can I choose a different colour bergen?

You technically wouldn't starve, but if it was your only source of food you would die from lack of vitamins and minerals. It is high in fat and protein though.

Bongs are such faggots holy shit.

Middle bag is the Triple Aught Design Fast Pack, on my back rn. Good as shit gear

>50 spaces
Fuck man we don't even know what's in the one space we have how am I gonna go find 49 more?

Of course if I can just choose the spaces I like I'll take our current one and have 10 spaces with lots of alien waifus, 10 be full of weird and fascinating shit to explore, 10 have loads of resources to exploit and the remaining 9 be Cowboy Bebop, Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Serial Experiments Lain, Big O, Ghost in the Shell, Last Exile, Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Elfen Lied and Lucky Star universes.
