This is the best animation I've seen this show have. Though I've only seen 6 episodes.
So maybe different production teams across the episodes to keep up the release schedule or something. The cartoon looks like it doesn't take into the account the dialogue speed at all, which again leads me to suspicion that it's outsourced to some undisclosed foreign studio.
Also the stream died during the cliffhanger for me.
