Gain awareness over the subconscious bodily functions. Once you gain awareness you can gain control, very pattern driven creatures.
Circular breathing, and heart rate first. Fasting, nosleep, singular focus (I used gaming). After a while you can control bladder/digestion. Finally, metabolism. Also, you must experience the opposite end of the spectrum.
You have to contain all perspectives simultaneously.
It's the only way to reach the spark, it has to be genuine.
