You can't just jump into it cold turkey or you might pass out or hurt yourself. You have to slowly wean and train yourself for that. Some people can handle it, but most can't. Even then, it's not very healthy.

Sleep isn't a very well known thing, but it is pretty clear some people need less then others. It's a roll of the dice how well you operate on less, or if you even need more.
Trump is just biologically destined to greatness with that many hours a day to put towards work. Most rich people you will find don't need much sleep. If you need 8 hours you will never be as great as trump
