I'll give you the first two. But I don't think jew-hate is nearly as widespread as you want it to be. Niggers and sandniggers are actively destroying everything they come into contact with, so people are naturally leery of them even if they virtue-signal otherwise.
But jews work in the shadows. All a normal person sees is that they keep to their own communities and don't mix with other religions, for business or pleasure. It's not enough to trigger full blown hate in most people.
