Linked document details how no-fly zone over Iraq prior to axing Saddam was long term and essentially akin to having a police car patrolling a neighborhood constantly.
It is fucking obvious that the no-fly zone and bombing campaign in Libya had exactly the intended effect and all of those smug democrat fucks like Obama and Hilldog saying "it's just a no-fly zone" about their Syria policy were exceptionally full of shit.
