Whites tend to live peaceful, unassuming lives free of social stigma in communities where police can relax or just not be as present.
Black statistics are dramatically skewed by ghetto over representation, of which police activity is more present from the high rate of crime in black urban neighbourhoods. This alone is going to raise the chance by which you are caught up if you casually do drugs.

Not enough info to make an educated opinion about, but more likely than not, drug offenses are probably tied into another violent offense. So why don't we talk about those, OP?

Firstly, the stat that white people and black people use weed at the same rate is based entirely on self-reporting. So it could be that black people are just more likely to lie.
Even if we take it at face value, however, the question 'have you ever used marijuana?' says nothing about the prevalence of drug use. Obviously if you buy two bags a week you're a lot more likely to get arrested than someone who tried it at a couple of parties in college.
The sentencing stats take no account of previous criminal history. Obviously a guy with multiple felony convictions is more likely to get a prison sentence, and get a longer prison sentence, for possessing drugs than some dumb kid with barely a parking ticket to his name.
Then that pic takes the absolute number of white people taking drugs versus black people doing the same, which is obviously going to be higher since the white population is so much higher, and compares it to the per capita rate at which black people are sent to prison for drug offences, which is obviously incredibly disingenuous.
So once you start comparing apples with apples the disparity drops sharply
Finally, black people tend to live in areas where there is high crime, and hence require more policing. So one would expect a disparity even from a system that was entirely unbiased.

When asked about drug use, whites are generally more honest than blacks. And whites are also more likely to take drugs at home, or at a friend's home, while blacks do retarded shit like taking the "loud challenge" in public places, and carry drugs while committing other crimes.

Having drugs for the intent of trafficking and having it for the intent of usage fall under the same category as "drug offense". The majority of young black men smoke marijuana, so there's that, and you always hear about the "hustle" which is just slang for selling dope, among other things. That's why blacks get arrested more than whites, blacks use hard drugs less than whites do, so if you have reason to believe a black man has meth on him, cuffing him is likely stopping a trafficker, while cuffing a white man with some meth is likely just putting away an addict.

In poor black neighborhoods, drugs tend to be sold outdoors, in the open. In white neighborhoods, by contrast, drug transactions typically happen indoors, often between friends and acquaintances. If you sell drugs outside, you're much more likely to get caught.
