Markets need regulating.

ur mom's arse is too unregulated f-a-m lol

How much regulating is necessary?
If regulation is so awesome, why don't we abolish property altogether and let the government handle everything?

Eh, fuck off lolbert kiddies

>y-you can't MAKE me feed my children!
b-but they can get a job

>y-you can't MAKE me contribute to the general welfare!
of course not... what contribues general welfare? it's a meme anyway

>y-you can't STOP ME from being a drug addict!
and can current governments? retard

>what contribues
*constitutes

good, then die off like the parasite you are and stop being a burden

>0.02 cents have been deposited into your account

No, you can't. But if my kids starve to death, it's a loss to MY family. If I choose to be a drug addict, I am only harming MYSELF. And why should I be forced to contribute to general welfare? That is, by definition, socialism.

looks like you ARE OBSESSED WITH COMMUNISTS.

Personally, I think the only regulations on the market should be basic safety regulations any regulations that protect the worker., which we already have. Other than that, I agree, regulation is not necessary at all in the markets and serves as more of a hindrance than an actual benefit.

>you would starve your own children on purpose.

Damn that's a really strong argument dude.

that has to go on the killer argument list we have so far

>You're pedo's
>You're mass murderers
>You're retarded

I don't know how much longer I can hold on to my ideals when the debunking gets this powerful.

White nationalist Classical libertarianism is the best form of government that I can think of; it lacks the modern kike trappings of current libertarianism, and you don't have to worry about the next leader being a fucking jew or SJW having infiltrated the leadership as presidents only last for 4-8 years as compared to a lifetime

Rights such as freedom of speech, right to bear arms, freedom to associate are preserved for much longer than they would in a authoritarian society with single leaders that last for possibly more than half a century

Has anyone else here taken the ultimate red pill of egoist anarchism? I'm curious.

The fuck is "egoist" anarchism?

>y-you can't MAKE me feed my children!
if you let your children starve, you would be removed from civilized society
>y-you can't MAKE me contribute to the general welfare!
yes. that would be theft
>y-you can't STOP ME from being a drug addict!
if you are taking drugs you are only harming yourself,so no need to stop you

I've been debating a bit and they raise the point that market competition only works when people have buying power to vote with their money (so to speak). Of course if there's not enough free jobs, people will be forced to take unfair jobs. How do I refute this?

considering using google, my dude

...

>if you let your children starve, you would be removed from civilized society
>le not-government physical removal man removes everything I don't like :3
People are not going to randomly move to gay property communes you freak. They will live on slums beating, abandoning and sexually abusing children and you will do nothing.

>yes. that would be theft
It's legal and controlled and there is not much wrong with it. Theft is not bad because it changes whom owns property, but for the distress and unpredictability it causes.

>if you are taking drugs you are only harming yourself,so no need to stop you
Completely false on both counts. And even if they are only harming themselves, it doesn't follow you shouldn't stop them

...

I'm still waiting for a plan on how it's feasible to implement your Libertardian ideals.

Stupid people should be allowed to destroy themselves

If we support the weak and stupid, it will only degenerate society further, because their defective genes will live on

Natural selection is a great system if you let it work its magic

Does anyone of you seriously believe the core tenets of your An-Cap mish mash ideology is even slightly implementable?

why would they live in slums?

so taking property is ok as long as you declare yourself government?

people can still do anything they want to their body, it is their property

spelling mistake at 3rd paragraph

Anarcho-capitalism for the win!

Sometimes I wonder if the recent growth of ancaps is just due to the memes.

...

I hope pleases you kek, I have enshrined the elder murray rothbard for your altar.

...

Any attempt to regulate a market will quickly have companies paying representatives to put their people in the right positions. This means that attempting to regulate an industry will eventually give that company both the power of law and over the taxpayer's money. Once this is established these companies can then create laws to keep competitors out and force people to buy from them, establishing a monopoly without making a better product/service. In the end regulation will give companies far more power than they ever would have had if the government did nothing at the expense of the people.

"Many people want the government to protect the consumer. A much more urgent problem is to protect the consumer from the government." -Milton Friedman

desu, as an ancap, I generally hide my power level.

...

I ground my ethical thinking in intuitionism, which essentially makes me a spooklord.

...

>ancap
>state
>trademarks
I'm not even ancap, but there are memes and there's outright retardation

...

One more thing. The state cannot be logically justified.

Pic is from Rothbard.

I'm on so many layers of ancap that I private institutions to protect my intellectual property and use my mcnukes on anyone that says otherwise

And now I present the Mises Pepe

quick edit to Rothbard.

...

>libertarian has no ability to conceive of himself as a part of society with shared goals / objectives
Why am I not surprised

You are doing kek's work. Now I have Hoppe, Rothbard and Mises, what more could I wish for?

I'm pretty sure most ancaps will defend trademarks. Copyright will get you mixed responses, and patents are a no.

...

I think I recognize your style. If I'm right, you've been making a lot of maymays here. Keep up the good work, user.

A volintarily funded communist genocide?

The problem with drug addicts is that they don't just harm themselves; in almost all cases, they will steal shit and get violent in the household because of drugs. Contrary to fantasyland libertarians, there ARE externalities to heroin use, which is why heroin should be BANNED.

Thanks when there is a need for dank, high quality memes I gladly produce.

Best Jewish pepes ever

I don't think it needs funding, most people would kill subhuman retards for free

Thanks for the posts, and the Hoppepe is my best phone blocked screen in a long time.

You are in the deep country side and using your telescope, you end up discovering a rogue asteroid that will impact Manhattan in 24 hours.

You know that if you can contact the right people, it can be intercepted and safely destroyed.

You are unable to use your phone and you are a day's hike to the nearest town.

There is a rich old man's house nearby. You activate his intercom at his gate and explain the situation.

He says that there is no such thing as positive moral obligations and he weighs the few cents on his phone bill higher than the lives of the city using his subjective value. He doesn't care about any social shaming that might happen, he just wants to be left alone.

Do you violate the NAP to break into his house and use his phone to save the city?

If I beat my son/daughter/wife to discipline them, is that violating the NAP?

>wife
Muhammed please...

No. Private property is necessary and justified as the most optimal and fair method of dealing with scarcity. There's no such thing as scarcity of ideas therefore I can't justify it without trying to be a simple utilitarian minarchist, which I'm not.

>he doesn't beat his wife

Women actually love to be beaten by their husbands.

Well I guess if they love it then that changes everything...
Anyway, to answer your question, as marriage would be privatised (like everything because no public sector) and each contract would be different it would not be acceptable to beat or "discipline" your wife unless that was agreed to in the original contract.

doolittle>hoppe

As long as it's a voluntary society and I'm not threatened by jail time if I don't pay for countless wars and horrific welfare programs, I'd happily see myself as part of that society.

explain your cuckoldry

So is "pure" Anarcho-Capitalism possible or is it just what we should be working towards in terms of liberty? Obviously the state infringes on liberty, but won't the very lowest workers be exploited?

>violence built civilisation
so its back to violent nigger statism, fucking morons

>Look I made a well established political philosophy look dumb by pretending to be Libertarian and doing obviously bad things.

How will life continue now?

>but won't the very lowest workers be exploited?
meme opinion, get out of here with that shit

Also yes it is possible, we'll probably never get close for a long time but I think absolute privatisation of everything is inevitable.

I'm aware it's a meme opinion and I'm trying to figure out why.

because it's fucking wrong

Y'all need to read Kropotkin.

theanarchistlibrary.org/library/petr-kropotkin-the-conquest-of-bread

doesn't mean shit unless you explain why or at least point me in the direction where i can learn why

exploitation implies force or involuntarism. this is not legal in a free society, let alone will the system encourage it.

how would the lower class be exploited? because right now with welfare and the minimum wage we are exploiting the lower class already.

this is kind of stupid desu. Hierarchies of wealth are a natural product of free trade. I hope you realise this means that Muslims and Black people and all the races that Sup Forums doesn't like will have just as much chance of being wealthier and more powerful than you in a true Libertarian society.

1) You're jumping an is/ought. The concept of scarcity doesn't justify property, rather property provides a solution (not the only one) to the problem of scarcity. This says nothing about the validity of property.

2) Obviously, it wouldn't make sense for me to own an idea; that is ridiculous and crankish. However, copyright-like system could potentially arise through a series of contracts, where the author retains a right to copy use (a facet of exclusive.) A copy of a copy being identical to a copy, all subsequent copies should partially belong to the author.

No.

Next question.
