Yeah, they know the IP addresses of the servers you're connecting to.
Even if TLS is used, I think they can generally know the domain name too because most certificates only cover one set of related domain names, so there's usually a separate IP per such set. Or the domain name is sent unencrypted through the TLS SNI field.
So even if multiple domains are hosted on the same server, they can know which domain you're accessing.
