First I disagree with lumping Turks, Arabs and Persians altogether under Middle Eastern.
All 3 speak languages that aren't even in the same language family. The Turks, sit on a genetic continuum between their earliest Hattian population, followed by their Indo-European Hittite population, their Central Asian Turkic influence, and some unfortunate Semitic backwash from the Arab countries.
I'd be confident that there are at least some groups in Turkey that don't have Arab backwash.
Similar deal with Iran, if I could guarantee I wasn't born into a family with Arab backwash.
The Indian subcontinent is far too genetically diverse in and of itself. If you could guarantee you would be born into a lighter skinned, wealthier, Vedid type Indian family, sure. But a dice-roll would have you as some dark, bengali, sweatshop poo in the loo before then, so it's riskier.
In East Asia, a dice roll could land you as a poor person too easily too, but at least their IQ bell curve isn't as drastic, and as far as superiority/inferiority of the different sub-racial groups going, also less drastic.
The North Asians are probably one where you could be the most confident you'd know exactly what you'd be born as and in which conditions. If you're happy with being less affluent and technologically backwards, it cuts a lot of the crap out.
You'd be living in bumfuck nowhere, nobody really giving a shit about your part of the world, politically irrelevant (which would be nice), and if you're lucky you could enjoy ice baths, horse racing and wrestling. Could even be one of those Mongolian Ultranationalists.

If you could choose the conditions into which you'd be born, Indo-Iranian is a clear winner. The more you depend on chance, the more that shifts to East Asian. But part of me would want to say fuck it, go with North Asian, you wouldn't have to give much of a shit about anything then.
