However he seems so analytical he sometimes disappears down the wrong rabbit hole - he talks about the alt-right, but seems to identify it as exactly the same as white nationalism - he ignores the men's rights people, gamergate, traditionalist Catholics, free speech militants, Libertarians, general populists, red pilled atheists and others who are committed to rolling back the liberal machine. The pool of people who actively supported Donald Trump is even broader - including the Zionist Jews.
I know the brand 'alt-right' is increasingly owned by Richard Spencer as he claims it and the liberal media wants to associate it with Nazis. But it wasn't always like that, and it seems to be a tactic with the left to associate a brand with Nazism and then try and past it on even the most moderate free speech advocate.

Yeah, mixed feeling about him - he seems sincere and digs for actual evidence (I wish more anons would do this) but also repetitive, his videos can be tedious. Overall I like the guy as he is quite good at calling the SJW's out on their bullshit. But I probably wont watch many more of his videos unless they are pertaining precisely to something I want to get some evidence on - his strength is his research and use of evidence - but he often goes off down the wrong track, and he can be a bit long winded.

I hate to be "that guy", but the discourse he is a part of is your "semi-enlightened" critique of post-modern insanity and delusion amongst the anti-intellectual fringe of the so-called new left. Deconstructing the arguments of the Greens and Sarkeesian's is not difficult because, they simply aren't arguments in the philosophical sense, they are opinions. As such, you cannot judge the actual quality of the content he produces on the merits of his ability to deconstruct unsubstantiated gibberish which is easily refutable. Indeed true quality would manifest itself in his ability to reconstruct his own positions in a cohesive way. Here I find that he fails miserably, often ending up postulating superficial arguments which themselves are about as aloof as those claims that come from the "new left" he so much rejects. You will often find him recoiling in conversations where it comes down to actual policy with any economic or geopolitical implication. He has time and again proven that he isn't good for anything else than to shout at left-wing politicians which he considers to be idiotic. His understanding of political theory is extremely flawed, as is his understanding of political and economic ignorance. For all that he himself would claim, he would actually benefit from a few university courses, although I doubt his ego would be able to take it. As someone who has finished studies on the the doctoral level, I find his "analysis" trivial at best, if I were to consider them analysis at all. Concealing a lack of proper schooling in a subject with anger might work amongst the masses, but not amongst the educated.
