There's no case for this. The degree of sexual abuse is smaller than public schools and other denominations and the sex abuse scandal brought to light the whole of the situation which is a max of 3,400 cases (emphasis on cases, as we do not know which are legitimate and which are not).
The media attention of the sexual abuse scandal and anti-catholic memes over the centuries has given you the perception that this is a criminal organization when it is one of the most beneficial organizations in the history of the world.

If you want to talk about THE SEXUAL ABUSE SCANDAL I will and have. If you want to talk about the list of offenses of anyone who has worked in and/or for a 2000 year old institution then you're just being ridiculous. The sexual abuse scandal (which is primarily a cover up) had its origins in the 50s which is why we begin with the 50s. If you want to talk about other things then we can but only if you give specifics. Trying to argue that the institution is bad because people did bad things in a 2000 year old institution is like trying to define public schools by its sexual abuse (which is much more prevalent in confirmed numbers than the Catholic Church is in accusations).

I haven't converted yet, but I've been trying to live by Catholic moral teachings and I'm beginning to notice changes in myself. I've also been heavily addicted to porn since puberty and I've been quitting that stuff altogether now, it's going good so far but I've been having a lot of weird dreams as if the demons of my subconscious are kicking and dragging. We had an user on these generals recently who shared how he was doing his first confession and wrote a list of all the horrid stuff he had done over the years. I'm not sure the detail he went into but he tried to be thorough I know. So much so that he needed to set up a private confession to have more time.
The point of confession's structure is to give a safe area for sharing your sins so they may be confessed to God and to society as our sins have effected both. With this in mind, the detail in which you share if up to you. The Laudate app in the OP has a section for an examination of conscience checklist for you to think over and help build a confession to say.
Great job on your transition and the work you have done to discipline yourself. You are coming to control your desires rationally rather than be controlled by them. God bless you and good luck.
