I squat 280, bench 200, and deadlift 385.

I'm fit, but not that much.

condition ain't the best, but my muscles are growing well. I really should do a bit of cardio not just wheights.

Absolute shit. It's ok though. Thankfully we have the 2nd Amendment. Thats not an excuse not to get fit though. I'm recovering after a lifetime of cultural marxist lies.

I'm skinny soft venison, I eat right but my studies keep me form having a good workout or sleep schedule.

After my program is done though as an alumni I can use the gym at campus so there is that

Former football linemen. Never got extremely heavy (6'3", 212 lbs at my heaviest). I'm now 190. I'm not in perfect shape, but I'm pretty happy about it.

Bench: 245, Squat, 405, DL, 495. I can also do handed chinups... but somehow I still feel small. I assume that's dysmorphia, however.

I bent down to pick up some gloves today and dislocated my knee. I was at work and my supervisor and I were trying to deal with a guy who had OD'd on the toilet and I didn't want to seem like someone who dislocates their knee when they bend down, so I shot back up and my kneecap snapped back into place. I then walked around pretending I wasn't in pain until I got home, which made things a lot worse than they had to be.

Don't work out but eat fairly healthy I like to think. was diagnosed with Lyme Disease a year and a half ago and am well on the way to full recovery now.

Fit enough to do 9/10 bodyweight routines, not fit enough to impress people who think tren is natty.

I have found that pretending to be tough is usually a decent substitute for actually being tough.

I'm strong because I used to work in construction, but I need to go to a gym or something now that I work in an office and don't get the daily physical exercise.

I'm muscle fat. If I lost about 30 pounds of fat, I'd be pretty yoked. My forearms are also huge from working a manual labor job.

im like 20 pounds overweight (150lb manlet) and ive got asthma and bad eyesight. ive also had an impinged shoulder for like 2 weeks. so pretty fit by american standards.
